1. SET-UP
·Wall hangings and switch plate cover’s are removed.
·Large Furniture is moved to the centre or the room.
·The floors and furniture are covered with drop clothes.
·Window sills and door trims are masked off with tape.
2. PREPARATION
·Walls are scuffed and sanded.
·Cracks, gouges, and pinholes are filled.
·Gaps in trim moldings are caulked and sealed.
·Walls are washed down with eco-friendly products.
3. PAINTING
·Walls are primed to insure optimum color.
·Clean cut lines are achieved with patience and skill.
·Paint is applied with brush and roller brush.
·Ceiling, walls, trim, and window sills are painted.
4. CLEAN-UP
·Furniture is moved back and placed where desired.
·Masking tape is removed.
·Wall hangings and switch plate covers are replaced.
·Carpets and floors are swept up and vacuumed.
·All recyclables and garbage is removed.
5. INSPECTION
·Touch-up paint is labeled and left with customer.
·Walk- around with the customer is completed.
·Customer satisfaction survey is completed.
